The price on the left will be deducted from the amount of Cert you have, and in the case of some of the items such as the third soul I will put a note on your account so I can see that you have the right to have three characters.

777	Spirit weapon soul, you need one of these for each spirit weapon you will posses.
777	Buying this will give you the privilege to create a third character if you so wish.
1,000	You can have a morphing name with two variations.
• 750	• You an have a third name added to your morphing name if you have already purchased a morphing name.
• 650	• You an have a fourth name added to your morphing name if you have already purchased a morphing name and the third name addition.
2,500	You will be added to the 'Elite' user-group. This is for nothing more than bragging rights, but it will also allow you access to the "Fallen's Respite" area on the board.
